In a 5,000 year old science taught to us by Yogi Bhajan where do you begin? This 4 week series is designed to help you experience the key aspects of Kundalini Yoga: asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), mantra (sacred sounds) and bandhas (yogic locks).

The classes are open to beginners or anyone wanting to fine tune their Kundalini Yoga practice.
