In this delightful workshop we invite you and your partner to indulge in some playful partner yoga, flying therapeutics, and Thai yoga massage. With a focus on building connection, trust and communication, we will learn how to safely support one another and to deepen relaxation skills. There will also be delicious samples of local artisan chocolate to share with your loved one. Non-romantic partners are also welcome!

No experience needed! All-levels welcome.

Kimberly Preston, E-RYT, is an experienced yoga teacher, certified Thai yoga massage practitioner and a certified AcroYoga Teacher. Kimberly has been a leader in the SLC AcroYoga community for the past 2 years and has shared these amazing practices in classes and workshops throughout the state across the country. She strongly believes in the healing power of touch and the power of play to build connection, communication and community!
