Body Blitz Workout

A combination of cardio, interval training and body-weight strength set to music.

We warm up the body, plank, press, squat, jump and twist to feel the heart beating in the chest and strength the muscles. (lo-impact alternatives available for people with knee problems).

We listen to music, you are encouraged to work hard and push your limits, but are welcome to take it easy :)

Suitable for all levels - no experience necessary.
